Updated Literature Tab

We’re excited to share an updated Literature page on the Eating Disorders Anonymous website. We’ve reorganized and streamlined the page to make it easier for newcomers—and longtime members alike—to find the resources they’re looking for.

Whether you’re attending your first meeting, looking for foundational EDA readings, or searching for recovery materials to support your journey, the new layout is designed to help you quickly navigate to the most relevant content. Our goal was to create a clearer, more welcoming experience so that members can spend less time searching and more time connecting with the literature that supports recovery.

We invite you to explore the updated page and become familiar with the new organization. If you know someone who is new to EDA, this is a great resource to share as they begin their recovery journey.
