GSB-sponsored Zoom lines support translated captions

We voted at the July 2025 GSB meeting to purchase Zoom’s translated captions service for all GSB-sponsored Zoom lines. This feature not only helps expand our international scope but also can be used for same-language captions as an accessibility aid.

Please see this link for instructions on how to enable translated captions. The instructions are slightly different for meeting hosts and participants (users). Meeting hosts should set the speaking language, and participants can choose the Translate to language.
