An EDA Member Works the Steps (Big Book 520-521)
When I am making the daily effort to “name it, claim it, and dump it,” and something comes up repeatedly, Step Ten gives me the option to make a plan to do things differently. I can then see how each alternative works out, or I can keep doing the same thing. I know resentment and self-pity are waiting patiently for such an opportunity, so I usually make an effort to change my thinking and behavior.
